Developed a program to auto-scan the bacteria growth under the treatment of different concentrations of tetracycline(an antibiotics).
The program was built in Python and OpenCV with a focused on the Haar Cascades algorithm. It detects the bacteria, output the number, and compare the percentage increase or decrease of the bacteria compared to the next dish by inputting images.
